I'll send you a link to download a small program (TeamViewer or AnyDesk). You give me a one-time code, and I can see and control your screen to fix the problem. You watch everything I do, and the connection ends when we're done.

Is remote access safe?

Yes. The connection is encrypted, and you control when it starts and ends. You can see everything I do on screen. I never access your computer without your active participation.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the problem. Simple fixes are quick and affordable. Complex issues like OS installation take longer. Contact me with your problem for an honest estimate before we start.

Can you fix hardware problems?

I focus on software and operating system issues. For hardware problems (broken screen, failed hard drive), I can help diagnose the issue and advise on next steps, but physical repair requires a local shop.

Do you support Mac computers?

Currently I specialize in Windows and Linux (Ubuntu/Mint). For Mac issues, I'd recommend finding a specialist who works with Apple systems daily.

What if you can't fix it?

If I can't solve your problem, you don't pay. I'll be honest about what's possible and won't waste your time or money on something I can't help with.
